Support Executive

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client visiting, cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences (if needed) Able to Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintain a Strong Knowledge of offered Products and Services Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system  Qualification and Requirement: Should be Bsc IT/BCA/BIM/BBS/BBA Experience: At least 1 year marketing experience in Educational Institution.  Experience in any publications background will be an added advantage Having a driving license and personal vehicle. Good knowledge of Ms-word/ Ms-Excel/Ms-Powerpoint Required Skills Proficiency in English & Nepali Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for marketing Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Presentation Skills Negotiation Skills Target Achievement Skills Creativity Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented Sales Planning Skills Independence Motivation for Sales Skills
