Support Engineer

● Collaborate daily with a team of Software Developers, architects, and other stakeholders to support applications. ● Interact directly with business customers to gather and understand requirements and how they translate into application features. ● Test and deploy applications and systems. ● Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as required. ● Documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). ● Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
