• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager for a seamless transition from product finalization to supply chain management. • Initiate and oversee Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and other payment methods in collaboration with the finance team. • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation of goods from China, India, and other regions. • Manage customs clearance, ensuring adherence to Nepal's customs regulations and timely release of goods. • Maintain effective communication with vendors, optimizing lead times and quantities to enhance supply chain efficiency. • Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, implementing best practices and improvements. • Analyze supply chain data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
