Sr. HR. Officer

1.Provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, taxation and Life and accident Insurance. 2.Ensure manual records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection. 3.Under the direction of the Head of HR, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of salary related matters. 4.Provide Letter of Metric Increase to all staff of any changes in pay. 5.Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.Prepare contract for new employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner. 6.Prepare Contract Extension for existing employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner. 7.Support Talent Manager for Performance Management Evaluation process. 8.Plan & Conduct training & development program. 9.Implemented the findings of job analysis on recruitment and selection. 10.Preparation of appointment & confirmation letter within the guidelines of salary scale.
