1. Prepare BRD and functional requirement documents • Act as subject matter expert by owning functionality • Familiarize BRD guidelines • Coordinate with development team and functional client or stakeholder to prepare BRD and functional requirement documents. 2. Assist in planning development and release • Assist BA team, Tech team and Project Management team in planning and prioritizing enhancement, development, and release of the concern module. 3. Analyze, coordinate, and finalize • Analyze, coordinate and finalize the business requirement of the functionality/module/project owned 4. improvement/enhancement and stability of the modules • Responsible for improvement/enhancement and stability of the modules owned and contribute to the system. • Contribute towards the overall improvement of the product and processes. • Stay abreast on ongoing changes/regulation in the industry pertains to the functionality being owned 5. Manage/ develop designated team • Manage designated team and be responsible and up to date for the overall development/management of the module/project under ownership. • Assist in developing team by actively working on Training and knowledge transfer of the functionality. • Work with the Director of Business Analytics to identify long terms and short-term resource need. 6. Aid Assistance • Assist project management team in resource and task assignment. • Assist QC team in preparing test cases/documentation, reviewing test cases and implementing QC process. 7. Provide client support • Provide client support and internal support for the modules/project owned 8. Lead & manage projects • Lead and manage client and internal projects independently 9. Conduct demonstrations • Conduct demonstrations of the product/ modules to the clients
