Empowering teams Check and improve processes Assist in updating the bank of test cases and dev features Manage TestRamp platform Communicating health of services to the client Assisting in scoping dev and QA projects Meeting with each client as often as needed Prepare for these by creating a slide deck to review work and reiterate questions from team members Sync up with working employees every week Conduct project update meetings internally Follow the escalation process to address issues Meet once a week with account manager/engineering managers(s) (as needed) to review all teams Ensure teams are sending out daily updates and having daily communication with clients
