- Handle customer service requests and provide solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction. Daily investigation on site to solve customer's problem at all times. - Communicating with customers regularly to ensure that they are aware of the timelines install & repair processes. - Install, configure, troubleshoot, and commissioning maintenance, service product/equipment, and provide hands-on training to customers. - Identify, analyze, and repair product failure, install new components and parts. - Answer customer queries regarding product features and recommend or suggest to customers appropriate solutions. - Maintain good relationships with customers. - Have to come up with daily reports of machine performance, daily activities/issues. - Value-added by improving machine performance with suggestion/implement project to the customer. - Reporting to the Manager on a weekly basis with regards activities of the department. - Other related job assignment from the management.
