* Produce high-quality product documentation (Guides, Release Notes, Troubleshooting documents, How-to videos, and other documentation as required) for various product lines that help customers understand and use the products. * Mentor a team of technical writers to maintain the existing documentation. * Work closely with the subject matter experts (Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and other SMEs) and gather technical information to write, update, and revise documentation. * Create interactive videos for major product features. * Write easy-to-understand user interface text and online help. * Help build our terminology list and other foundational team tools. * Help refine our voice, tone, and writing standards. * Help improve the web-hosted documentation portal. * Conduct peer reviews for grammar, style, and format. * Mentor and groom new hires in the team. * Help with the onboarding of new members. * Support the Documentation Lead for Roadmap planning and training needs for the team. * Formulate documentation processes, guidelines, and team goals. * Conduct technical interviews and provide comprehensive feedback for relevant positions.
