Senior HR Officer

 Assist in the further design of a performance management approach with standardized processes, documents, tools in order to ensure systematic monitoring, feedback and improvement actions on performance towards company staff.  Collate and review performance management reviews per department to present to HR Manager. Assist with tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for every employee & team.  Monitor departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency  Collaborate with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.  Draft, submit and present various performance and management reports  Oversee employee life-cycle, employee relations and labor-related matters as per the labor law  Assist and support Human Resources Manager and Department Heads in achieving compliance with human resources policies.  Provides coaching, counseling and welfare services to all employees, through their Department Head or through the Human Resources Department.
