Assist in the further design of a performance management approach with standardized processes, documents, tools in order to ensure systematic monitoring, feedback and improvement actions on performance towards company staff. Collate and review performance management reviews per department to present to HR Manager. Assist with tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for every employee & team. Monitor departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency Collaborate with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects. Draft, submit and present various performance and management reports Oversee employee life-cycle, employee relations and labor-related matters as per the labor law Assist and support Human Resources Manager and Department Heads in achieving compliance with human resources policies. Provides coaching, counseling and welfare services to all employees, through their Department Head or through the Human Resources Department.
