Configure, maintain, and support CRM and enterprise systems such as SalesForce, AWD, and SharePoint. Develop Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel spreadsheets to support business requirements. Work with business users to gather and document requirements for system changes, enhancements, and modifications. Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system changes meet business requirements and function properly. Create and maintain system documentation, including system configuration, processes, and procedures. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement solutions. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data integrity. Provide technical expertise to support business initiatives and projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
