● bring subject-matter expertise and coach teams around the principles, practices, of Lean and help build an Agile mindset and culture within teams. ● have a very customer centric mindset ● participate in establishing a roadmap for the Agile transformation along with the sponsors and driving its implementation across multiple teams (called squads, in the Spotify model which we use). ● facilitate estimation and planning, daily progress, customer reviews, demos and retrospective sessions with teams. ● coach and facilitate continuous improvement efforts by the squads, by implementing take away from retrospectives and implementing concrete solutions to make the squads more efficient and improve delivery success. ● conduct sessions with teams around Agile overview, processes, and practices, writing user stories, estimation, backlog refinement, as required.
