Job Description: · Provides ongoing support to promote and distribute Good Bricks System. · Ensure and achieve profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of daily work. · Should be able to show a growth strategy. · Design a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and implement the plan to ensure its strong presence. · Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs. · Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast. · Identify emerging market opportunity while being fully aware of the market situation and competition status · Thinking Strategically, seeing the bigger picture in order to develop and improve business. · Follow up with entrepreneur and brick kiln owner setting up meeting to communicate technology. · Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. · Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion.
