    Requirements :-

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    • Proven experience in sales and marketing management in the IT solutions and consultancy industry.

    • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, time management, and

    attention to detail skills.

    • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics.

    • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Branding experience to attract top clients.

    Job Responsibility :-

    Sales Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.

    • Identify and engage with potential clients, including businesses looking for IT (Information

    Technology) solutions and consultancy services.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat

    business.

    • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring

    performance, and advancing a result-driven culture.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business

    opportunities.

    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness,

    visibility, and reputation.

    • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and

    social media.

    • Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts,

    whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.

    • Work with the design and creative teams to produce marketing collateral, including brochures,

    videos, and presentations.

    • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote

    the company.

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.

    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts through key performance indicators

    (KPIs).
