Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 2 years of project management and related experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and more), methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
- Prepare High Level Project Report targeted for Senior ManagementRun Scrum ceremonies
- Experience in working with Decision makersScrum Master or PMP certifications would be a huge plus
Job Responsibility :-
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
Understand the business logic of existing projects and flow the same in team members
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Develop document and maintain Manual/Automated test scripts, test cases, test data, defect tracking and reports
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedAssist project leaders in solving QA issues
Research/implementation of latest test automation frameworks.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
