● Lead the meetings with clients to gather requirements, create functional documents and technical plans, and communicate that with the developers. ● Review and finalize business requirements ● Design QA strategy for the entire project. ● Run functional, automated, performance, and security tests. ● Use the latest tools and strategies to ensure the product follows and maintains industry standards. ● Perform detailed testing (Create use case, API testing, Manual testing, etc) of the product . ● Create plans to improve code quality after the delivery. ● Create QA reports to share them with clients and document the processes for knowledge transfer. ● Send regular update clients regarding development progress.
