* Plan tests, produce test data & test cases and carry out tests . * Support the team in thinking quality and testability from start to finish, a concrete example can be to set good acceptance criteria from the beginning. * Communicate with and work closely with the rest of the development organization, business representatives and customers. * Be able to take a customer issue, replicate the issue, translate it into a readable technical ticket with expected results and follow that through until completion. * Be part of usability testing, new feature development and idea generation. Key Responsibilities and duties * Work closely with the development team and customer team on test cases and results. * Create, maintain and update critical path tests. * Participate in Daily Stand-up Scrum meetings with the tech team . * Handle incoming bugs from different channels and translate them into actionable and readable tickets for developers. * Proactively groom the backlog of old issues which are no longer valid. * Using tools like POSTMAN to test the API and improve the API documentation. * Be part of new feature brainstorming Confidently presenting design ideas and recommendations to the team Work with Frontend requirements.
