Print & Sales ( General Manager )

•   Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR and execution of plans for existing products. • Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development strategies. • Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets. • Formulate marketing policies and strategies as a board member. • Seek and provide training opportunities to staff of marketing department according to company procedures, policy and employment      law. • Recruit and select prospective candidates for marketing department if required. • Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems. • Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments. • Select and manage external agencies. • Manage Research and Development, New Product Development and New Business Development. • Maintain, develop and articulate organization’s desired corporate image, reputation and position, assure consistent      communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all      constituencies, both internal and external. Protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities. • Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media      requests. • Act as the Organization’s representative with the media. • Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc. • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational      development. Note: • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
