* Manage the recruitment process by creating job descriptions for the required positions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Connect and build good relationships with various job portals to publish cost-effective and responsive advertisements.Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, including paperwork, training, resource allocations, and introduction to team members. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, employee concerns, policies, and procedures.Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and so on. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and other human-resource-related information. Support offboarding procedure, including conducting exit interviews and processing relevant paperwork. Assist management in the implementation of the Performance Appraisal system and other employee benefit programs.Assist the management in human resource and administrative work. Generate reports, analyze HR metrics, and present the report to the management.
