Operation Manager

 Manage Back office and call center team  Prepare and store official documents like contract, agreements etc.  Maintain or improve level of end to end Customer satisfaction.  Handle the grievance of customers and merchants.  Facilitate newly on boarded merchants after onboarding on Product and Deals upload, Order Processing from Customer to Merchants.  Monitor sales report, customer reviews and product/deals database to identify potential product issues and take appropriate corrective action.  Implementing systems to avoid situations of over-stocking, out-of-stock, delays or partial shipments, expired Offer and deals.  Develop strong relationships with Merchants and Customers- maintain cordial relations with existing/ new merchants and customers.  Keep a track and follow up of pending payments and settlements with Merchants.
