● Implement the best practices and coding standards. ● Prepare and help team to prepare the design and prepare technical architecture, keep yourself updated on the new standards on design and architecture. ● Take responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome, update sprint tracker with accurate information to identify the risk and issues proactively at the sprint level. ● Conduct project level risk identification and mitigation action planning with the Project Manager. ● Conduct code review and provide feedback. ● Constantly looking for ways to increase productivity of the team, always work towards the productivity by eliminating unproductive working hours and human resources. ● Supportthe Project Manager with people &technical management. ● Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records. ● Carry out other technical related duties that may be required along with training and mentoring the technical Team. ● Motivate team towards technical and other various documentations and ensure that the industry standard documentation is maintained and available at any point of time.
