1. Marketing Responsibilities: 2. Plan and execute the physical marketing, events, and advertising activities, 3. Coordinate with the digital marketing and branding strategist, 4. Conduct Market Research to identify customer trends and competitor activities, 5. Events 6. Plan and organize external training sessions for new features/product launches, onboarding new clients, or enhance clients’ product knowledge, 7. Cross-departmental coordination 8. Coordinate with the Support and Implementation and Research & Development Department to stay up to date with product advancements, 9. Deliver the technical/demo presentation in the sales meeting, 10. Deliver product-related training to the Sales team to equip them with knowledge of updated product features. 11. Research, plan, and execute strategies to reduce clients’ grievances and build up Customer Relationship.
