Identifying trending products of market and help in local purchase and import planning. Collaborate with operational team and creative team to drive marketing programs and create strategy. Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes. Manage the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels: Online: PR, Social Media/Performance marketing, digital platforms, onsite Offline: Print, event sponsorship, partnerships, Merchant Collaborations, Channel Agents. Optimize campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize area wise merchant acquisitions for company. Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management team.
