Marketing Manager

 Manage overall marketing field staff and team and also onboard merchants.  Create territory and regional based growth plan of merchant networks.  Identifying trending products of market and help in local purchase and import planning.  Collaborate with operational team and creative team to drive marketing programs and create strategy.  Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.  Manage the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels:  Online: PR, Social Media/Performance marketing, digital platforms, onsite  Offline: Print, event sponsorship, partnerships, Merchant Collaborations, Channel Agents.  Optimize campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize area wise merchant acquisitions for company.  Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management team.
