Marketing & Brand Manager

1. Conducting an extensive market research, identifying the latest trends and consumer behavior across the relevant industries, keeping an up to date report and predicting the future market and trends. 2. Developing Innovative and effective brand specific strategies based on the research and analysis of the brand performance, competitiveness and various product trends in the market. 3. Ensuring that the brand credibility is maintained by managing and monitoring the marketing campaigns across all the platforms (print, broadcast, online media, etc.) 4. Gaining thorough information regarding the brand, its goals and objectives, design elements, do’s & don’ts and developing the detailed brand guidelines and constantly updating the guidelines as per need. 5. Studying the market and analyzing the status/position of our brand. 6. Identifying and keeping track of the competitors in the market and drafting suitable strategies to improve the position of our brand. 7. Finding out the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns carried out by thorough analysis of the activities. 8. Making sure that the brand consistency is maintained throughout by supervising all the related aspects such as product design, advertisement and all other marketing campaigns. 9. Maintaining good rapport with the clients, customers, etc. and coordinating closely with the other related departments including sales, marketing and promotions. 10. Coordinating with the promotion department in carrying out various activities including events, product launches and other promotional activities and assisting them as required. 11. Constantly evaluating and discovering ideas as to how the brand can be appealing to a wider consumer base. 12. Carrying out the assigned job-related activities by the respective supervisors and department. 13. Regularly presenting the reports and new strategies to the Head of Brands and Products, Head of Promotions and other concerned officials. 14. Researching the market constantly and keeping eye on all the current trends, competitors’ activities and being aware of the consumer market and carrying out the necessary strategies to address the potential areas of improvement. 15. Studying the overall brand strategy and developing effective and innovative marketing strategies that will take the brand to greater heights.
