1.     Install, configure & monitor Linux / Windows Server, Network, Hardware & Software. 2.     Generate procedural documentation, installation guidelines & relevant reports. 3.     Monitor, Troubleshoot &Support: - In-house Servers, Network devices & WorkStation. - Internet, VPN, LAN & Intranet connectivity in data centers. - Bandwidth, Process & Data Usage. - Support, Configure, Maintain, Update and Upgrade networks and servers. - Escalate critical situations to appropriate vendors. - Travel outside to branch offices for support.
