Monitor, Troubleshoot & Support: - In-house Servers, Network devices & WorkStation. - Internet, VPN, LAN & Intranet connectivity in data centers. - Bandwidth, Process & Data Usage. - Support, Configure, Maintain, Update and Upgrade networks and servers. - Escalate critical situations to appropriate vendors. - Travel outside to branch offices for support.
