IT Admin

·        Provide consistent, first-line support for end users seeking assistance with IT via phone, email and chat.  ·        Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and IT Administration.   ·        Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.  ·        Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.  ·        Prepare for technical training for coworkers and office staff.  ·        Running regular checks on IT Infrastructure, backup system, and data security.  ·        Cooperate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.  ·        Available for escalation of routine support tasks.  ·        Coordinate with other staff for the purpose of completing incidents and requests efficiently.   ·        Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.  Perform all other technical and documentation duties as assigned.
