* Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs * Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants * Evaluate and identify the individual and organizational development needs * Help managers develop their team members through career path planning * Orientating new employees and training existing employees. * Prepare L&D details of every training, development, and engagement activity of each employee, conduct/facilitate the training, and keep a record of the trainingUpdate the L&D forms and procedures as required * Coordinate the posting of vacancies with agencies * Vacancy posting and headhunting of various positions * Interview scheduling and coordinating with HODs and the Hiring team * preparation of documents as per the compliance requirement * Monitoring employee performance. * Coordinate and execute the goal-setting and timely appraisal * .Monthly L&D and Engagement reportVerify and prepare the training bonds As per Assigned by Supervisor
