Monitor overall marketing channel performance, analyze data, user behavior, and pattern, and draft strategies accordingly. 3. Responsible for developing growth strategy around user acquisition/ retention, target audience, and channel mix. 4. Explore new channels for potential growth marketing opportunities, analyze market trends and customer needs to capture opportunities in growth. 5. Improve app ranking on Google Play and iOS App Store 6. Launch retargeting and re-engagement campaigns focused on users who paused to use the app. 7. Closely collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across Content, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data Analytics to develop new business opportunities and drive creative development. 8. Improve user experience and retention by optimizing and designing product features. 9. Campaigns budget planning, report, and conduct in-depth analysis on campaign performance.
