Requirements :-
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or any IT-related field.
Proficiency in photo & video editing software.
3+ years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
Good understanding of marketing content, website design, corporate/brand identity, advertisement, and multimedia design.
Should be able to demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
Good working experience with HTML / CSS.
Proficient with design software & technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Dreamweaver and Sketch, etc.
Basic knowledge of jQuery / JavaScript.
Familiarity with trends and best practices for UI/UX design.
Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Familiarity with web trends, and the latest graphic designing tools, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Produce visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.
Create visual text, imagery concepts, design, and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, newsletters, banners, products, brochures, and more.
Obtain input from stakeholders to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company and should be able to deliver the message appropriately.
Create and edit multimedia content such as videos and images for use on websites and social media platforms.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the workflow and output.
Design and create exceptional user interfaces for web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Refine designs to help increase conversions and improve user experience.
Convert raw images and layouts into CSS/XHTML themes.
