* Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. * Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival.Direct and transfer calls to the concerned Department. * Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received * Record inventory of supplies and restock as needed. * Receive/dispatch cheque, invoice and handing over to concerned department/parties respectively * Receive and dispatch couriers and maintain record/Log sheet.Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
