Customer Service Representative

*  Be the point of contact for customers, clients, and potential customers/clients’ contacting them via phone, e-mail, and  in-  person, evaluating needs & recommending products and solutions. *   Develop and maintain a database of customers and clients using proven sales strategies/techniques while quickly following up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and e-mail activity. *  Generate necessary documentation to facilitate customer order process. *  Follow-through on completed orders by reviewing them for quality, ensuring customer and client satisfaction and collecting payment.   * Successful individuals in this position may also visit clients at their place of business in order to collect more information for large projects and develop deeper relationships. *  Run social media campaigns, prepare ads for social medias, and generate reports based on past campaigns and prepare a list of new campaigns based on past success and trends.
