Creative Designer

1. Product Development • Develop concepts and suggest ideas for upcoming brands, which includes developing concepts for brand names, working on brand identity and visuals. • Develop ideas for brand promotion campaigns in order to establish brand presence and engagement with the target audience. • Develop ideas for brand promotion through various forms of print and digital media. 2. Packaging Design • Conceptualize, design and prepare packaging design prototype for upcoming and existing brands which require working on designs for bottle label, mono carton, carton, cap and shrink wrap. • Ensure that the packaging design is appropriate to the kind of product, is visually appealing to the consumers and is easy to produce during manufacturing.   3. Promotional Material Design • Create, design, and format promotional marketing materials that include gift boxes, poster, streamer, dangler, flange, tent card, shelf strip, consumer education leaflet, calendar, shop signage, trans light, standees, bag, pen, cap, t-shirt etc. • Conceptualize and create print and digital advertisements for brand promotion.   4. Guidance & Supervision • Supervise and mentor junior design staff on their overall work, ensure their work aligns with the general brand direction, suggest ideas and alternatives when and if necessary, provide technical assistance when needed and help them improve their design approach and skills.
