Content Editor

·        Remain as the direct supervisor of the associated website team under the guidance of the Managing Editor. ·        Write and edit different types of contents as per the content development cycle of the Department ·        Edit (copy and content editing) and create content (editorial and others, under your byline) on a particular niche website related to a distinct or similar industry.  ·        Provide editorial support to the content/topic development team members. ·        Remain up-to-date about the related industries (content scope areas) targeted by the web magazine and generate content/topic ideas. ·        Actively participate with the committee to strategize and implement how the associated website can adhere to the digital, content, topic, team, and other standards/strategies. This also includes creating various reports (regarding performance, organizational culture, and others) and creating/managing other official documents and contents. ·        Supervise and assist the writers and senior writers to create, implement, and update the content publishing calendar of the web magazine as per the Content Strategy created by the Department. ·        Under the guidance of the Managing Editor, follow the digital, content, and topic standards adopted by the Department, collaborate with other teams including management, IT, and co-brand teams to ensure cohesive branding of the website. ·        Lead the designated team and collaborate to maintain a systematic communication and feedback culture under the guidance of the Managing Editor. ·        Grow your management, communication, copyediting, proofreading, writing, research, and digital skills following the guidance of Managing Editor. ·        Bring in new ideas to the table and stand up for the betterment of the associated web magazine. ·        Ensure that quality expectations are achieved, standard management & operating procedures are followed, and organizational goals & missions are achieved. ·        Engage in the process of creating strategies, presentations, proposals, and documents regarding calendar events, branding, advertisement, and marketing under the supervision of the Managing Editor.
