* Proactively monitor the cloud infrastructure and work with incident response team to solve any issues that arises in the monitoring system. * Proactively building and implementing services to make better product and cloud infrastructure. * Research, Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of a problem and communicate with stakeholder * Prioritize and manage many cases simultaneously. * Identify and provide workarounds and solutions when possible, to meet customer’s business needs. * Discussion with the relevant teams to prioritize cases if needed.
