1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients. 2. Briefing the creative, media and planning department as per the client requirements. 8. Follow-ups and chasing of the delegated assignments to the team. 9. Conduct customer service workshops and presentations 10. Monitor and measure client satisfaction. 11. Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service. 12. Develop surveys and capture client information. 13.
