1. Lead all the wings of the technology team including Developers, Programmers, Analysts and DevOps. 2. Ensure alignment of company’s strategy on technical side with business goals. Updated with all the business goals and requirements of the company in order to manage the technical staff and oversee the development process in the best possible way. 3. Discover and implement new technologies that ensure efficiency and yield competitive advantage. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. 4. Verify the adherence of all technological practices to the regulatory standards, compliances and other established standards. 5. Research and improve the company’s Application Architecture (the patterns and techniques used to design and build an application) with focus on both the both front-end and back-end services. 6. Involve in hiring, onboarding and succession planning of technical staff of the company in coordination with HR Department. Responsible for training and mentoring of technical staff of the company. 7. Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, PMO and other stakeholders of the company to define and deliver new products and enhancements. 8. Collaborate with current and prospective clients to identify the technological gaps leading to the generation of business opportunity and plan for execution. 9. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape. 10. Prepare various reports and present to the Top Management. 11 Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
