1.Developing Business Management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity. 2.Design and Implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. 3.Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. 4.Maintain relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and suppliers 5.Assess overall company performance 6.Manage hiring, selection, orientation and training for new recruitment. 7.Assist Finance Department with the compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. 9.Other Duties assigned by the Management
