Business Growth Manager

1. Manage and perform the overall Business operation 2. Recruit and build the team as per company requirements 3. Partner with the government of Nepal or private business, retail vendors, service providers, media houses to sustain and growth of the business 4. Work with statistical data analysis, make research based strategic business planning and manage customer segmentation, market sizing, sales and revenue generation. 5. Research, analysis, strategy plan and execute the overall plan for growth. 6. Conduct the meeting seminar with partners, and investors. Train employees, contractors, and service providers to understand the company's mission and fulfilling its goal 7. Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development to the reporting Managers 8. Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity and brand and goodwill. 9. Work closely with local market leaders to develop and execute the best strategies in each region.
