Business Development Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on growth and achieving targets.
• Experience in conducting market research and using insights to drive product development and marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with merchants, partner organizations, and banks.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and reports on products and marketing strategies.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to drive lead generation and business awareness.
• Knowledge of internal policies and regulations, with a commitment to adhering to them.

• Visit and interact with merchants, partner organizations, and banks to build and maintain relationships.
• Ensure product requirements are translated into enhancements, and conduct continuous market research to develop new products and strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities that contribute to company growth, and achieve periodic targets.
• Work independently to generate leads and increase business awareness.
• Manage relationships with potential business partners and identify new service launch opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on new and existing products, as well as marketing strategies.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulations, and perform additional duties as directed by the CEO.
