Requirements :-
· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales or closely related field..
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with the IT Firm
· Working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
· Experience in building strategic plans for sales team growth and development.
· Experience in customer support is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge of customer base
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to travel is a requirement for this position.
Job Responsibility :-
· Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
· Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and buidinggenuine , trust based, relationsips with key client contacts.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
· Meet with broad set of buyers to learn more about client initiatives, problems and opportunities.
· Promote the company’s products/ services addressing or predating clients’ objectives.
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
· Must be organized and maintain accurate records on daily activities and results in Salesforce.
· Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
· Provide feedback and after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new professional services work in both consulting and technology engineering.
Manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
