• Develop and acquire a clear vision of the product's desired outcomes and business requirements. • Communicate this vision to the team and create a comprehensive roadmap to guide product development. • Direct product owners in achieving the desired outcomes and ensure business requirements are fully documented and validated. • Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to identify gaps and provide inputs to establish clarity. • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination of changes, reports, alterations, and clarification of requirements as per the RACI matrix. • Utilize BRD to create user stories and sub-level tasks for sprint planning. • Coordinate with leads to remove technical blockers and facilitate seamless ownership transfer across design, front-end, backend, and testing teams. • Collaborate with specific leads and domain experts to cross-leverage expertise. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve Agile methodologies and ensure process and SOP setup compliance. • Work with engineering and design teams to draft, document and detail-out product requirements to solve the business requirements. Collect continuous feedbacks from client and update the requirements during this process
