1. Work with clients, in coordination with Marketing & Sales team, to understand business requirements for the requested project or feature. 2. Work with engineering and design teams to draft, document, and detail product requirements to solve the business requirements. Collect continuous feedback from clients and update the requirements during this process. 3. Prepare project schedule working with relevant departments and communicate it to the client. 4. Explain the requirements to the development team and provide necessary clarification during development. 5. Review, test and accept the solution from a business perspective to make it ready for delivery 6. Coordinate with development and deployment teams to deliver the solution to the client within a committed timeline. 7. Maintain required documentation in confluence and Jira. 8. Standardize and implement document templates for internal and external communication.
