Branch Associate

1. Shipment Coordination:  Organize and coordinate the transportation of goods.  Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery. 2. Inventory Management:  Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock counts.  Assist in the planning and execution of inventory replenishment strategies.  Coordinate with central & related teams to manage efficient delivery. 3. Order Fulfillment:  Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.  Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.  Address order-related inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Data Management:  Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs.  Utilize logistics software and systems to track and update shipment statuses.  Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics efficiency. 5. Problem Solving:  Identify and address any logistical challenges or delays that may arise.  Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to shipment or inventory issues. 6. Compliance and Regulations:  Stay updated on relevant industry regulations. 7. Continuous Improvement:  Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.  Propose ideas for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving overall efficiency. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.  Communicate effectively to provide updates on shipment statuses and potential delays.
