* Work alongside the design, and data teams to define, solve, and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. * Brainstorm, propose & design creative solutions. * Support seniors in creating user personas, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas through consideration of business requirements & technical limitations. * Assist seniors in performing usability tests, user interviews, and preparing documentation. * Work alongside the design team, cross-functional teams of developers and product managers to define, solve, and implement innovation, and solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. * Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications and templates. Assist in defining company design language and standards.
