Associate UI/UX Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, or related technical discipline.
• 1 to 2 Years of prior work experience as UI/UX DesignerGood knowledge of digital design guidelines (mobile and web).
• Good understanding of user interface and experience principles.
• Good sense of visual aesthetics, detail-oriented, good imagination and vision.
• Good knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Experience with design delivery, hands-off, and task management.
• Good understanding of web technologies like HTML/CSS/JS.Experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, or any prototyping tool, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Work alongside the design, and data teams to define, solve, and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Brainstorm, propose & design creative solutions.
• Support seniors in creating user personas, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas through consideration of business requirements & technical limitations.
• Assist seniors in performing usability tests, user interviews, and preparing documentation.
• Work alongside the design team, cross-functional teams of developers and product managers to define, solve, and implement innovation, and solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications and templates. Assist in defining company design language and standards.
