* Planning for providing hardware for current and newly onboarded staffs. * Create a roadmap for research on tools feasibility in UXCam. * Using softwares like Vanta, Lastpass, Jira, MDM, Tunnelblick/Openvpn, Ezstation, Malwarebyte and EDR * Creating accounts on G-suite, Slack and onboarding to different tools based on job description in coordination with Team leads.Vanta Onboarding * Keep records of all of the Technical devices. * Communicate with Managerial staff providing explanations on new technologies whenever needed. * Capacity to deal with many staff day to day activity so need to deal diplomatically during problems.Provide support to staff in their laptop and software issues.
