Assistant QA Manager

Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed by all employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements, and to ensure that all features and changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures. Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met and fulfill the needs. Participating in meetings with Project Lead to discuss quality issues and concerns monthly. Conducting training sessions on quality control methods and techniques to ensure that all employees are familiar with best practices. Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a test automation suite integrated with the team’s CI/CD pipeline for the purpose of supporting a continuous quality approach. Monitoring compliance with security policy and regulations regarding misuse of sensitive data, data protection, and cybersecurity Reviewing data from internal audits and investigations to identify problems or determine whether corrective action is necessary. Conducting investigations into team member complaints about health or safety issues and focusing on career development.
