Assistant Project Manager

● Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals ● Assign duties to project members to implement project goals, creating an accurate timeline of project completion and taking updates of each progress ● Take the lead on client-facing engagements ● Setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project and assigning team members to specific tasks ● Manage multiple implementations concurrently ● Taking lead on proper research to determine project achievement and implementation needs ● Taking notes/minutes from every project related meetings ● Resource planning and oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution ● Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable ● Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy ● Review project implementation, gather data on project execution and ensure quality of the project ● Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution
