* Prepare action plan to achieve annual target. * Accomplish Employee result by communicating Job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling the employees along with enforcing productivity standards. *  Establish strategic goals and identify the trends and options defining the course of actions and evaluate the outcomes. * Identify specific target market in designated region. * Agreement with Franchisee / customers and support them to identify opportunities. * Study and analysis new franchisee requirement in designated region. * Opening up of new markets and strengthening of existing network. * Maintain cordial relationship franchisee and customers. * Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
